These terms cover the use of this website. Use of the assessment system itself is governed by the contract signed with your institution.

The content on this site

Descriptions of instruments, sample reports and the explanatory texts on this site are published for information. They are not administration manuals: no instrument may be administered on the basis of the description here, and the sample reports contain illustrative data that belongs to no real student.

Competence boundaries

Each instrument states the practitioner competence it requires. That boundary is a condition of the result’s validity, not a formality. An instrument administered or interpreted outside its competence boundary produces a result that cannot be relied on.

No diagnosis

Nothing published on this site diagnoses, and nothing in the assessment system does either. Screening points to a student who warrants a closer look; a diagnosis is made by a qualified specialist weighing several sources of data.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
