School counsellor / guidance specialist / qualified practitioner

When

Start of term / end of term / as needed

Ethics and confidentiality

Appropriate competence, confidentiality and referral principles

The administration model must be read together with each instrument's own instructions and its qualified-practitioner requirements.

Flow

A four-step cycle

Notice

Catch early signals at screening level.

Assess

Apply a structured measure in the relevant area.

Refer

Pass the support need to the right unit.

Scenarios

Suggested use scenarios

The system can be used modularly according to different guidance and development needs.

01

Getting to know the student

Assessing a student's developmental areas in general terms.

02

Academic support

Identifying support needs in attention and cognitive processes.

03

Social-emotional development

Following a student's social and emotional development.

04

School climate and safety

Assessing peer and cyberbullying risks.

05

Digital life

Assessing digital behaviour and risk areas.

06

Advanced guidance

Identifying students who need a more detailed assessment.

Ethics

Ethical framework and confidentiality

For advanced screening instruments, practitioner competence and data confidentiality are treated as preconditions.

01

Instruments with clinical content are administered only by a qualified practitioner.

02

Results are used for referral, not for labelling.

03

Student data is protected through role-based access.

04

Risk indicators are passed to the guidance service for evaluation.

Scope note

This structure is designed to support assessment, screening and guidance processes — not to make a clinical diagnosis. The aim is not to diagnose but to know the student more accurately, follow their development and identify the support they need in time.
